Servicing, Commissioning & Repairs
Screeding is another service that we provide which is the process of applying a floor base to your project. Flowing screed is a liquid-like product which is poured in and designed to create a smooth and levelling surface before your floor coverings are applied.
We can install flowing screed at various depths, however the main advantages of this is it can be laid at a thinner depth than a dry screed, meaning that you have more space for thicker insulation. As well as this, flowing screeds give off greater thermal conductivity and are brilliant when working alongside underfloor heating.
Furthermore, in just 24-48 hours, the floor can receive foot traffic which enables other tradespeople to continue working.
